I only wear leather shoes, rubber ok but no molded petroleum products on the soles. I know for certain a good quality Flax seed supplement (Barleans brand) is a critical help. I go barefoot as much as possible, especially if I am where the soil is more clay like. In the winter this is much harder to do, so my feet hurt all the time. Walking barefoot in clay like soil or mud is also a type of grounding oneself, so I thought I would get the pad since winter approached. I have been using the grounding pad the last few months. Had immediate sleep improvement. I fall asleep within a couple minutes and I stay asleep longer. Used to get up 2 to 3 times a night. Breathing is better too, I have mild sleep apnea. Can't stand anything on my face. Grounding mat has addressed that so far. For me personally, my feet are more receptive to grounding. Benefits noticed right away when using this on the floor under a desk or on my bed. It's working well and I'm looking into buying a fitted sheet. Per a recent doctor visit: No cure for osteoarthritis. Okay then! The conservative treatments recommended did not excite me, so I'm trying this. This five piece set has set me up for indoor earthing.
