Review: INCONTINENCE UNDERWEAR FOR MEN - This underwear is top quality so well worth the money, even tho they are a bit pricy. They run a little bit large, so I had to turn around and order one size smaller, but the fit is good. If you normally wear a size large - - - you need to order the medium. They certainly do the job for which they are intended (light leakage) and I've been pleased.
Review: Does the job - I think these are good for light leakage. They work great for me. I'm not sure they could handle a complete void. I find them to be very comfortable. I bought the 5x and I thought they were a little bigger than I expected, not enough to be a problem though. I have hand washed them a few times and they are showing some wear, so I'm concerned about their ability to last. I'm very happy to find something in my size with some absorbency. Not a lot of choices in the larger sizes.
