**Q: copper test comes back yellow. Not a color on the charts. What does this mean?**
A: I had a similar issue with these strips so I did some research and called my local county extension office. The issue is that you get bleed over from the other test pads. If you are getting yellow from the copper test you are getting bleed over from the iron and mercury test pads. They are diluting the copper reading which is probably in the low range. I bought another set of single test strips that measure my bleed over issue and found that my reading for copper was accurate and everything was okay. This is a nice little test kit but it does have an issue with bleed over even if you follow the directions exactly. I found that instead of laying the rest strip flat for 60 seconds if I hold it side ways for the 60 seconds I can contain some of the bleed over.

**Q: Can I purchase the bacteria tests only?**
A: Currently we don’t sell our bacteria tests separately. We plan to offer this in the future, but in the mean time you can either buy the full kit, or reach out to our support team. We are available 7 days a week and may be able to come to a resolution!

**Q: Will the Flouride test show at levels below .7 parts per million?**
A: Thank You for reaching out Katie. Per your question, the fluoride test does detect below .7 PPM, all the way up to 5. All parameters in the kit test within EPA standards.

**Q: Has the yellow or blue color test mislabeling for positive bacteria been corrected? Guaranteed?**

It don change any color,I checked with dirtiest water and TAP water results always show same.This is of no use complete weat of mony,not only mo ey it will show good result even the water is not good.
