Nice wooden frame. The cover is fairly thin Perspex, but I think I actually prefer that to glass, given extra weight, safety and potential shipping issues - certainly no significant effect on visibility of photos IMHO. You do need to tape the photos in place, but that comes as no surprise to me, and is not a huge issue surely ?
