It seems heavy duty but if you are new to a T and keep hitting it below the ball you will tear the bottom bolt out of the base. I would tend to recommend the Tanner Tee. This is what we use at our baseball academy for training. They really take a beating but keep pulling through. **Q: Can I buy just the replacement adjustable tee topper?** A: Yes. Not sure if it is sold on amazon but you can buy just a replacement tube. **Q: how much does it weigh?** A: I don't know but it's pretty heavy. It has a metal tube on the base and it's thick rubber. **Q: How do you put it together ? I think I am missing parts . I doesn’t bring instructions** A: You aren’t missing parts! You have to unscrew the bolt and insert it through the bottom of the plate.
