## Questions & Answers

**Q: how deep is the water?**
A: I would say less than 6". This is a terrible piece. It is made very poorly. Cheap.  I used it for less than a month and sold it at a garage sale for $5. Very displeased.

**Q: Do the ground stakes come with it?**
A: Yes, it comes with 2 ground stakes.

**Q: It says you can put sand in the base, how is that, the base is not enclosed?  Puzzled!**
A: You can put sand in the pole before you screw it onto the base. It also comes with stakes to secure to the ground. I have been very happy with mine and did not need to weigh it down with sand. The birds love it !!!!!

**Q: Can it be painted?**
A: I'm not sure about painting it. I would be afraid that the paint could hurt the birds! I do like this bird bath very much and so do the birds. I have many visitors for water every day!!!
