I’ve been using the cinnamon flavored ones since I had bowl problems and my gastroenterologist recommended them. I tried the packets that you mix in water or juice and don’t care for that but love the thin wafers in cinnamon and now apple with my morning coffee. Excellent way to make sure you get your daily fiber and good for your digestive system. I was afraid that they would arrive all broken but all good.
