Q: For the pro plus (ch951), can or should it be left plugged in all the time when idle? or should it remain unplugged after fully charged?

We would like to inform you that this vacuum can be left on the charger when not in use.

Q: Does it come with a charging adaptor?

It comes with a cord with a black box that plugs into a 110 receptacle on the wall and a round plug that fits into the vacuum on the other. I keep mine plugged in and charging all of the time. This is a great little machine, powerful suction, easy to handle and empty, even for my arthritic hands! Shark products cannot be beat. I have 5 and love all of them.

Q: Can the rechargeable battery be replaced by the owner when it finally wears out?

According to the user manual, there are no user-serviceable parts, but there is no law stopping you from attempting to replace it on your own. It's probably a battery pack of 16650 cells or something like that. Apparently SharkNinja doesn't believe in Right to Repair and supports creating more e-waste after your 1 or 2 years of warranty period.
