Perfect log book
I've been lifting for about 14 years now (I'm 32) and have used ways to record my workouts on an off throughout the years. I decided I would start tracking it again to help push myself to make some gains rather than just maintain where I'm at.This logbook is perfect for me because it gives me plenty of space to write, with plenty of description, what exercise and any special caveats to it. Lately I've had a little shoulder pain so I can put an Asterix next to an exercise and put a note on the bottom that it aggravated the situation. Sometimes I do a second workout at home and there's more than enough lines for all the working out I might ever do in a day.
