What drillbit size?** A: I used an SDS drill and bit for this big hole. Can't remember the size but dowel outside diameter minus one millimeter is a good start. Try the dowel (needs to be a tight fit) and then enlarge the hole as required. I'm lucky in that I have a number of large bits. If you don't and you will not need the bits for future jobs then try using cheap SDS bits They may be cheaper than cheap conventional masonry bits. **Q: Can the pipe be bended** A: Have not tried to bend the pipe and don't know the amount of bend you wish to apply. Assume it would have to be fairly large radius to allow the door and rollers to still function as the roller brackets do not swivel.
