A: It does not indicate on the package.

**Q: I received arbol chili powder but the back says ancho chili.  How can I tell difference besides heat?**
A: I'm not tasted Arbol. I use Ancho in place of Cayanne. Much milder and has good flavor as opposed to higher Scoville heat.
