A: Yes.  Extremely hard to get off.  You have to use an adhesive remover to get it off.  I use it (with gloves) in bath bombs, not sticky and works well when mixed with the ingredients.

**Q: Does it smell like vanilla?**
A: To me, it smells of Vanilla and Cinnamon.
