While the box was crushed when the delivery person put it in front of a garage door, instead of the front door where it was supposed to be, the unit survived and is perfect for what I wanted. Review: perfect for a pour over solution - I make coffee using pour over method and my cups and thermos's can be a variety of sizes. This solve that problem. I use kitchen galley hooks with it to just keep all my coffee related stuff hanging from it, ready to go. I wasn't sure it would be right when purchasing. But glad I did. It's quality and suits the purpose exactly. I know I sound like a sales person. Sorry. But this is truly a surprisingly good choice for my need.
