I have had them for about 45 days used all of them multiple times on everything from steak, Pork shoulder (8 lbs cutting down to individual servings for Food Saver, Large knife), tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, potatoes, onions, Cheese (even swiss and 2 and 4 yr old cheddar). You get what I mean, I have checked all the knives for chips or small pits, that is why I bought this set. My old cheapy set was getting pitted out (ceramic it happens, or use too). No blemishes so far but I use a bamboo cutting board (not hard plastic) and I don't try to cut through bones (bad). If you want a knife for that or cutting down small trees or for cutting frozen packages in half, I would suggest a Zyliss serrated knife it will do all of that and cut trough aluminum cans, cut up cardboard boxes, hell you might be able to cut through a steel cable with enough time (trust me I have one about $12). But what you won't have are 3 very sharp great knives for kitchen duty. Will they chip, maybe in time, but so far so good and I won't be using them to trim the trees in the backyard anytime soon. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great value for a great set of 3 knives. *by J***H on June 13, 2020* Exceptional knives with a great grip unlike other brands which have a hard slippery surface. These knives have a sharp point as opposed to the other 3 brands I own which have a rounded edge. On occasion I need to core tomatoes, apples etc and this pointed blade does the trick. So far, after a week the blade is similar to other ceramic blades which are super sharp. The problem with these blades are sharpening them when they become dull. Usually I need to sharpen my ceramic clades every 3 months. The price for these three knives are roughly 10 dollars a piece which is phenomenal considering other brands such as Kyo(era charging much more. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ not a bad set *by T***S on May 1, 2020* The knifes look nice. we use them daily and they are not broken (yet).. But there are some issues : the handles do not feel as "ergonomic" as in Kyocera knifes (which we used for a few years till the blades broke).
