The cracks in my case were more open on the face than normal but I was able to seal everything well. The process is expected and well worth the effort and the price was reasonable all around. CONS: It would be nice if they provided the ability to purchase individual units of the material additionally instead of having to purchase entire separate kits. In my case the face of the crack(s) were quite wide and I apparently did not use enough water in the line to effectively test for leaks. It was not until after I had pumped in most of a kit into a wall that I eventually noticed material coming out of a hidden leak far down the wall. Which as luck would have it wasted a lot of the material and forced me to purchase an entire additional kit to finish the job. Not their fault, more of a caution tale to other buyers to try and avoid the same issue. I would definitely still recommend this emecole product. Just need some effort and work slowly , take your time to watch Emecole videos for how to use the product. The key point is to apply the adhesive when your walls are dry, when you inject the polyurethane make sure you do it very slowly and take your time. No rush please. The second reason is the customer service behind this product, I ran out of the adhesive because one of the cracks was very long and had to apply more adhesive to secure the procedure. I called Margs from customer service , she showed alot of understanding and sent me a full package of adhesive to finish the other 2 cracks. Believe or not , shipped over night.
