Review: Good quality - I'm actually surprised, this is one of the better quality products I've ever found on desertcart. All metal rod, thick grippable handle, and the magnet is a good size. Before I got it, I wished I could find something with a larger magnet to cover more ground, but after using this, I realized if there was anything bigger, it would be too heavy to use without straining the wrists. Very happy with my purchase.

**Q: What is the difference between the red and orange magnetic tool?**
A: Well, I got the red one, so cannot comment off the top of my head.  Also, the magnet gets weaker!  Not to fear. Though. You can get some other magnet at harbor freight, swrew it in and you're in business.

A: This item does not pick up any newer coins, or silver and gold coins.

**Q: Is this a neodymium magnet or ceramic magnet..??**
A: Ceramic

**Q: How do you get it to stay in the extended position? Mine won’t lock into place.**
A: Pull handle and turn clockwise. If it won’t lock then it may be defective.

I'm actually surprised, this is one of the better quality products I've ever found on Amazon. All metal rod, thick grippable handle, and the magnet is a good size. Before I got it, I wished I could find something with a larger magnet to cover more ground, but after using this, I realized if there was anything bigger, it would be too heavy to use without straining the wrists. Very happy with my purchase.

I read all the reviews because I've seen multiple items that pick up metal like the ones that roll or whatever and I have to agree that this is an amazing product because of the fact that it has a release pull on the handle so that you're not sitting there at the end manually pulling off nails and screws and other things from a strong magnet I highly recommend it I also found it interesting that a lot of the reviews had to do with people cleaning up their yard after a roofing company was there I think that roofing companies need to be made to buy one of these objects and clean up people's damn yards because of roof is expensive and nobody needs holes no tires or stepping on nails it's amazing how many people have the same problem and it was all due to roofers anyway off topic there just thought it was interesting this is a good product It was easy to use it worked well and I can't express how happy I am about the future where it releases the objects from the magnet without me having to do it manually so I love it
