Wearing shoes were extremely painful. I needing something to cushion the toe and protect in while wearing a shoe. I found that the gel toe caps was the best solution to relieve some of the pain for some relief while walking. I came across these DR JK- Gel Pad Bunion Protector Kit. It is an 8 Pcs set that includes Bunion Relief, Toe Caps, Big Toe Protectors, Toe Spacers, Gel Toe Protectors and Bunion Pads. I have used DR JK products before and have always been pleased with them. I think they are a great company and provide quality products.For my problem, I used the Gel Toe Cap Protectors. The gel material is super smooth and so very soft. The slip on fairly easy (remember I have a bruised broken toe so everything I did hurt). They are thin gel covering that cushions the toe. It was such a relief to wear with my shoes.the gel toe cap does a fabulous job to alleviate rubbing and friction and relieve pain. The Cap fits snugly over toes and stays in place nicely without sliding.While I have not used to other items at this time, I am confident they will help alleviate pain, In the past, I had tried other product for my foot pain but nothing worked as well.The set includes a pair gel bunion sleeves. These sleeves fit around the foot with a padded area over the bunion. Then, there are one pair each of open and closed toe protectors which are​ what I am using, And finally, there is a pair of toe spreaders. These spreaders are a super soft gel that goes between toes to align them.Overall this is a great set that will relieve foot pains. The gels are washable and should last a long time. i recommend this and any of the DR JK kits to anyone who suffers from foot pain.I received this item free of charge, in exchange for my honest and unbiased review ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent relief for bunions, toe arthritis, or gout *by D***A on Reviewed in the United States on September 8, 2016* I have big toe arthritis, which responds well to similar treatment as bunions. I wanted 2 more bunion protectors - silicone protectors that have a tab that goes around your toe and covers the big toe so that shoes don't rub on top of the joint. This package of 2 bunion protectors included much more for the same price, so I have it a try. Shortly after the package arrived, I was experiencing an arthritis flare, and my big toes were very painful. I had already worn the silicone bunion protectors, and they worked as expected. I also tried the ace bandage wrap with bunion protector and although it was a little large and the silicone was not as thick, it had also worked well. When my toes started throbbing, I went to see what else was in this package. I decided to try the silicone protector that wrapped and covered the whole toe, and it provided instant relief and a little compression as well, for the joint swelling. The only recommendation I would make it to take the silicone wrap off each day and let it air out. I left mine on for 2+ days without removing because it worked so well. By the time I removed it, it smelled! LOL The silicone traps the sweat in your toe as it compresses the joint, so remove it and wash and let it air out each day. I have been very satisfied with the value and durability of this purchase and strongly recommend it for bunions and toe arthritis or gout. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great set of items *by T***3 on Reviewed in the United States on July 16, 2016* Item performs as expected. The only issue I have had is with the main item. This, as with all these I have used, does not stay on the foot without adding tape. Doing that gets the item grungy over time. Suggest some way to keep it from peeling back. The toe tubes work great.
