Review: It fits my 12.5-inch Strata pan! - After going through a couple of glass lids that claimed to be for 12.5-inch pans, I wasn't sure if I could find one that actually fit my 12.5-inch Strata carbon steel clad pan. The outer rim of the pan is about 13 inches, and the interior rim about 12.25 inches. I didn't want to go with a lid having the multi-size stepped silicone rubber rim which tend to sag toward the food as the size of the pan increases. This Victoria lid has a 12.1-inch inner rim. The domed lid fits with just a small amount of wiggle and just covers the pan. Perfect, as far as I'm concerned. It looks nice, seems to be well made, and I won't be using the lid in an oven so it should last the life of the pan (forever?). Review: Purchased for the stainless steel knob - I purchased this lid only for the stainless steel knob on top.
