That being said, I’ve only had it installed for a week and they usually tend to go to shite by the end of winter/early spring so we’ll see how it holds up in the coming months. Thirdly, is it loud? Yeah, she puts out some decibels. I was actually quite surprised at how loud it actually was. Usually the company will boast that it’s but then you get it installed and you end up yelling out your window instead of using your horn because it gets it gets your point across better. With this horn, not the case. I honked at a car earlier today at an intersection and everyone on standing each corner jumped. It gets the attention it’s intended to. It’s not an air tank/compressor horn loud, but loud enough 😉. Install was easy enough once I figured out the spaghetti bowl of wires (I am not technically inclined in these matters) but there are plenty of videos on YouTube if you get stuck. If I had only one comment to make it would be that the kit should include a ring clamp or something to make sure the air line doesn’t come unattached at either the horn or the compressor. At the very least a pair of zip-ties. But I digress, if that’s the only thing I can complain about then that’s pretty all right. All-in-all, GREAT quality, GREAT price point, EASY install & LOUD. So no roof mount?** A: 2015 Silverado Lt. I have 6 individual trumpets in between the grill and the radiator. They are mounted around the edge of the radiator not to block air flow for cooling. 4 compressors are mounted in the front of engine compartment, two of the trumpet lines are 4'FOOT, and then the rest are at 3FOOT. They sound great and are LOUD! 4' would get you from the cowl in engine compartment up the windshiel/door piller to one side or other between roof liner and roof. You can test out the trumpet hose lenght before you do all that work. All together 6ct in my truck are VERY LOUD!!! Trains though still out do me but not by much .LOL signed, Huh? **Q: Can i wire to my original horn wires** A: Yes,of course. **Q: Whats the warranty on this, my horn has stopped working?** A: You probably need a new relay.
