They respond immediately. You could have also hit the return product button in your menu screen from either your Amazon online acct or phone app; in addition, there’s a link to return packages from the “track packages” section in Amazon’s site as well. It’s very easy to return packages. In fact, even if it’s been a few days after the 30 days, Amazon has never given me an issue and I’ve been a member (and have had to return many many things), for close to 10 years now. At this point, if it’s not done yet, you waited way too long to ask this question. I’d give them as a gift to someone else, as other kids would love them, and you’d be a gift hero; or, you could sell them on EBay or Facebook Marketplace and get your money back (maybe more).
