A: It absolutely does fit; however the preferred filter for your application is LF16035.

**Q: Does this filter fit a  2002 Bounder Diesel  300 Cummins engine?**
A: I think that is the correct filter. I use it on my 2004 Winnebago with a 300 cummins.
