The pen has a removable cap with an atypical clasp. **Q: Is the pen with the label "umr-1" and the pen with the label "um-151" the exact same pen?** A: The pens I purchased carry both labels on them. I am not aware of pens with just one of those two label references. **Q: Do these ship directly from Japan?** A: Yes **Q: Is this fake? Because I have the original one from a japanese store it doesnt have the chinese symbol on the cap.** A: Not sure what you mean by "fake". I've purchased and repurchased these wonderful pens through Amazon and this dealer, no problems.
