Review: Good fitting and work well - These are great! I paired them with an arm workout and I was definitely sweating more than I do without them. They were comfortable as well when doing the workout. The only drawback is they are difficult to put on by yourself but my husband helps me so I don’t need to worry about it. I would recommend these, especially if your arms are an area you want to improve.
Review: Stupid - Stupid, cant use in your own, they dont work.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Need to Slim my Arms Down
*by M***P on May 26, 2021*

I used my arm trimmer bands for the first time yesterday. It was hard to get the right fit as I had no one to help me put them on. I did what I could do and did sweat a bit. Today, I had help and was able to make the bands tighter. I sweated more this time.
