I almost would say 38. **Q: what size fits a 31-32?** A: Medium fits well at first, but they shrink quite a bit. Mine are almost too tight now with not too many washings. I would say go with large, velcro at waist makes adjustment pretty easy. **Q: what belt width can these pant accept?** A: Up to 2 inches in width **Q: What size equals to the size 32x32** A: They are just a tad bigger then what you would expect. Me at 36 they would be a small 38 they are just a Ted bigger than what you would expect.
