The curved design allows for a much shorter ramp while preventing your equipment from scraping it's belly. Being made of aluminum makes it light and strong. The lip design makes the connection strong, and eliminates the movement found on other ramps. If your trailer hasn't the matching lip mounted on your trailer, Amazon also sells one which mounts easily and works great.
