The other remotes were very delayed or didn't respond. All remotes had my Samsung tv listed. This one worked perfectly. It responded instantly. All buttons worked except for voice command. We kept it bc it works. Slowly it started failing. Buttons became delayed. Needs to be plugged in to charge twice a day- solar charge doesn't seem to work. Now it's randomly works. I cant return bc it's past tge return date. No hard falls or miss use.
