It's powered by a 12v battery that is charged by a solar panel, and it pulls water from a 100 gallon agricultural spray tank. It has plenty of flow and pressure for washing dishes or taking a shower, and it puts out fairly steady pressure for a diaphragm pump- I haven't needed to add a surge tank. It's mounted to one of the posts under the floor of the cabin and it's quiet enough to not really be very audible when running. It's survived several seasons of use without noticeable wear and tear. I drain it down every winter and remove the screen and have had no freeze damage.
