I contacted Amazon who requested I contact the seller. WKL Birch LLC responded very quickly indicating the email was in error and gave me a new delivery date which was only two days later. Nice to have a company take care of a problem and do it quickly without having the customer jump thru hoops. Thanks. Oh, and this is a great bathroom product. Been using it for a number of years.
