Slide your corn down off the needle and onto the hair. Unhook the needle from the hair and use one of those little plastic stops to keep your corn on the hair. You can use a piece of grass if you run out of the plastic stops. **Q: My package didn’t come with the bait needle and bait stops.** A: It should have. Kinda hard to use a hair rig without a baiting needle and bait stops. I’ve improvised in the past. Make a baiting needle out a snap swivel and use a piece of wood as a bait stop. **Q: What weight do you use with this?** A: Ideally you use in line method. I used 60g and 30g (approx 2 ounce and 1 ounce). You can also use a rig similar to bottom rig. The weight will depend on you rod and how far you throw. I usually use medium rod with 2 ounce weight on the end of the bottom rig. I caught both carp and channel catfish using these hooks. Used corn, piece of raw shrimp, a piece of a hotdog. **Q: How many bait stoppers are there** A: You get three sheets, clear brown and orange. I think 9 stops multiplied by 7 rows for each sheet. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works as it should *by F***L on 3 March 2021* Works as it should ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great hooks *by J***R on 24 June 2026* Super sharp hooks, caught a few 40lbs without any issues ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for new carp fisherman *by S***A on 14 January 2022* I wanted to get into carp fishing after learning some of the local ponds near me had carp in them, and after research I learned about the mysterious "hair rig." I've been fishing all my life (salt and freshwater) and had never heard of these rigs, and rather than trying to make my own, I decided to order these and see how they were made and to see if they actually worked. I was surprised how well they worked not only for carp, but other bottom feeder fish (like catfish) and have caught dozens of fish on these rigs. These won't last a lifetime by any means, but if you're new to the species, you can't go wrong with these. They'll help you get acclimated to carp fishing and will help you land some good sized fish. ## Frequently Bought Together - Luroad Carp Fishing Hair Rigs, 20 Pcs Curved Barbed Carp Hook Anti-Tangle Swivel Braided Thread line with 3 Card Boilie Bait Stops Dumbell Stoppers and Stringer Needle - TPR Simulation Fake Corn Soft Baits Corn Carp Fishing Lures Floating Baits with Nice Scent for Carp,Trout Fishing,Cat Fish - Bait Nerd 30pcs, 16mm, Strawberry Natural Premium Soluble Boilies | Carp Fishing Bait | for Hair Rig, Chod Rig, Flat Feeder | Carp, Buffalo, Catfish --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/267863938-carp-fishing-hair-rigs-20-pcs-curved-barbed-carp-hook](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/267863938-carp-fishing-hair-rigs-20-pcs-curved-barbed-carp-hook) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
