I contacted the mfg directly by their customer service website and told them my issue and they sent me just an entire new screw on top in the color I needed... You can try that. The straws you can usually find on Amazon they are interchangeable, but they may send you the straw too. **Q: I just got the Cashmere pink bottle and the rubber part is dark purple color instead of light pink anyone else?** A: Yes.
