This is a Generous Glass Jar of Anchovy Fillets in Olive Oil, I get them Locally where I Shop, and every time I go to this Specific Market I get Two or Three Jars, I love Them! They are a little Pricey here. One Jar 2.80 ounces (80g) doesn't sound like much but its Packed with many Anchovies and one of them goes a Long Way, also I like to save the Olive Oil which its Full of Flavor and use it in many Cooking Recipes or Mix it with other Oils for Frying. Anchovies are Packed with many Fatty Acids, Vitamins E and D, Minerals as Calcium and many other Nutrients, it can help lower Cholesterol and Reduce Heart Disease, Anchovies are an Excellent Protein and very Good for Your Health.I like to lay several Anchovies on Top of Whole Wheat Toast with a little bit of the Olive Oil and eat it...it is so Good! and not that Salty, Some People likes them on Pizzas, I put them in Salads, in Meatballs, Sandwiches, to make a Potato Salad That Special and you can make Sauces with them or eat them right straight from the Jar, however, my Favorite is the way Spaniards eat them in Spain, as a "Tapa" I get a Potato Chip, Not Flavored Barbecue or Onion, Lemon, Sour Cream, Chile, Deli Style...Just Classic Traditional Potato Chips, One Potato Chip and Lay One Anchovy on Top...and eat it, have a Glass of Wine or a Cold Beer...it is the Best Snack! ...Thank You D.D.
