Self Adjusting Air Wheelchair Cushion - GRZTM The GRZTM provides the pressure redistributing qualities and comfort of an air wheelchair cushion without the requirement for pump or adjustments. A special pressure compensating value dynamically adjusts the air pressure in the GRZTM to maintain proper support and comfort. The GRZTM is dynamic self adjusting air bladder system consisting of 3 individual air cell chambers which redistribute pressure and adjust to body weight and position. The GRZTM self adjusting air wheelchair cushionis ideal for patients with moderate to high risk of skin breakdown who require significant postural support. The GRZTM allows the therapist to offer correct posture, proper alignment and trunk stability as well as adjustments for pelvic obliquities. Supports 300 lbs. Adjustable strap secures cushion to wheelchair for patient safety.
