Six patches came in the box. They are much less bulky than other over the glasses patches we've used which makes them more comfortable for my son. The inside of the patch is textured and grips to the glasses so they stay put, and it wraps around the arm. Since the patch is thin it's easy to trim for a good fit around the nose.
