## Description

Experience the joy of interactive play with the Brio Remote Control Travel Train. This toy train set features a wagon and driver, complete with movable arms and legs, and is controlled by an easy-to-use, kid-friendly remote. With the ability to move forward at two speeds, reverse, and produce light and sound effects, this train set is sure to captivate your child's imagination. It's compatible with all Brio wooden railway sets, offering countless possibilities for creative play. The train set is designed for children aged 3 and above, making it a perfect gift for birthdays or Christmas. It requires 4 AA batteries (not included). All wooden parts of this toy are made from 100% FSC-certified beech wood from sustainably managed forests, ensuring a toy that's not only fun, but also built to last. With Brio, you're bringing home a toy that will create happy childhood memories, encourage creativity, and support your child's development.

Review: A fun toy, kids love it - The toy is durable and well built. The 'owner' kid (5 yr old) loves it and runs the wheels off of it. So far, it's stood up ok. The linkage between remote and loco is kinda fiddly - but she figured out how to point the remote at the loco and is happily starting and stopping, and fiddling the light. Like any battery toy -- you have to put batteries in it. I'm going to try rechargables (nimh) to ease the burden on the ecology, but no experience yet.
Review: So Fun; IR remote, line of sight necessary - So cute! The little person doesn’t work well with the travel cart though, it’s arms stick out of the train and can catch on more narrow parts of the train tracks. It’s not as fast as other electric brio locomotives, but who cares, its fun and cute to watch. As mentioned above, this comes with an IR remote (infrared). So don’t expect to be controlling this from across the room.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will this run on the wooden Thomas the tank engine tracks**
A: If Thomas track os same as Brio. There are numbers of tracks that interchange with Brio

**Q: What happens when the train comes to a Y piece? Randomly goes a direction or stops?**
A: Hi - the train will go in either direction when it reaches a Y-shaped intersection.

**Q: Is there a special trick to get it to work?**
A: There is no special trick. It can be controlled by pressing forward, backward, and stop buttons on the train. However, it can also be controlled by the remote controller provided that the channels are matched.

**Q: Does this train fit or run on a fisher price geotrax rail set?**
A: We used it on Ikea Wooden rails. I have no idea about geotrax rail set. If you compare them in an Ikea shop, it may help.
