So this looks to be made from PVC **Q: Does the ball bounce?** A: yes it does. **Q: BPA free? Also any chance of little balls inside coming out and posing choking hazard?** A: Not sure about the BPA free but I highly doubt it has BPA. BPA is usually only in hard plastics not a soft ball. I don’t see any way the balls could come out, definitely not a choking hazard.
