It has worked wonders in such a short time. I had to change my whole diet around because I was getting stomach pains , diarrhea, acid reflux in which I was throwing up.... I had to give up coffee and then tea...then my favorite of all "Chai Tea Latte" to start my healing alkaline process. My body was extremely acidic from the coffee and eating big meals. Since I have been taking Easy Easting...I have been able to have my hard boiled egg in the morning with a cup of kefir. I noticed today when I did not take them in the morning and I was eating broccoli around 5pm .... just a small amount... I had the stomach pain come back... but not full force as it was a few months ago. It was a few little pains that went away. When I got home. I took all my vitamins, enzymes, Omega 6 etc... in which I purchased from Essential Stacks and I felt so much better. I had my plain Kefir mixed with my GI-Revive. I've also lost 10lbs. The extra weight was causing more acid reflux and maybe even GERD. Thank God it is going away. I highly recommend anyone suffering with acid reflux, GERD, etc... to start taking the Easy Eating Digestive Enzymes before a small meal. I don't eat big meals 3x a day anymore because it isn't healthy . I am 50 years old and am really getting my body more Alkaline. MY doctor wanted to put me on meds that have side effects. But I said that I wanted to do it naturally and it really works. We need to eat little meals throughout the day...stay away from highly acidic foods.... like coffee! And take good supplements to build up your immune system. These enzymes are broad based, so they do cover more than gluten or dairy. They are reasonably priced when compared to some other enzyme supplements I have purchased as recommended by an ND.
