The label states "manufactured for..." Therefore you cannot tell if it is manufactured in the U.S. or not and furthermore cannot tell what the source of the milk thistle is. The only suggestion I would have is to ask this question directly of Sonora Nutrition located in Arizona. **Q: Does this product have corn or gluten in it?** A: The label states that in addition to milk thistle seed extract, the product is produced with gelatin and rice powder. I did some in-depth searches to find out if gelatin and rice powder are gluten free and it seems they are. There is no corn listed in the labeling. I had been taking Sprouts brand for over a year to help with some hormonal breakouts and it worked like a charm, one pill a day and never had another issue. However, I read the review of this product and decided to switch since I could bundle it with my other Amazon subscription deliveries. I stopped taking the Sprouts brand and started taking these and within 2-3 weeks I started breaking out again. I quickly ran to Sprouts to get a bottle of theirs and noticed that theirs has the 200 Seed and the 250 Extract while this brand only has the Extract.
