You need to take four 1500mg a day at first and you should see a difference in a few weeks. It is not for arthritis as much as for sore joints from not enough lube in the joint. **Q: Is this capsules Halal?** A: I'm not sure, but the main ingredient of this product are egg membrane proteins.
