That's what I use. **Q: What size bolt and does it need to securely mount it?** A: The packaging says a #10 (or 3/16") bolt will hold it securely. That is what I used and it worked just fine to hold my full size axe. Be sure to use a flat washer and a locking washer or locking nut to ensure it stays secure. **Q: Does this come with everything you need? Like the bracket that mounts on to the basket.
