**Q: Can the night light be turned off?**
A: Yes. We never use the night light and it only lights up when it's time to get up.

**Q: How long will the light stay green indicating it's okay to wake up?**
A: Hi, I don't actually own this clock (yet!) but in researching it tonight I downloaded the instruction manual off the manufacturer's website. The manual states that the green 'ok to wake' light will stay on for 30 minutes. Hopes this helps!Update, actually, a few pages further, the manual mentions that both green and yellow lights can be customized to the following duration: 00:15, 00:30, 1:00, 1:30 and 2:00. By default, the clock is set at 0:30 for battery savings reasons.
