It determines the full shade, part shade, part sun & full sun areas of the yd to match the right plant with the right location. You'll get better & more beautiful results by planting in the right place the first time. Each meter is single use. After testing, simply match the color of the sunshine meter to the corresponding color on the included chart. Use when trees are fully leafed out. Includes 3 sunshine meters & 3 stems.

### ⭐⭐ I wish I had bought SunCalc instead

I wish I had not bought this product for three reasons: (1) it cannot be reused. You have only three test stickers and then you have to buy refills (three each), which, of course are completely overpriced. This is important b/c the sun in gardens change all the time. (2) you have to compare the sticker to the color chart and I can't tell if I have partial sun or partial shade. (3) the plastic things are cheesy, wasteful and annoying to store. I am going to purchase the SunCalc instead b/c (1) it is reusable; (2) it actually states the results (e.g., no subjective color coded test); and (3) it's just one meter, not three stupid flower-looking sticks.
