I use a pond boss floating fountain. I have a large amount of duck weed and algae. No matter what I did between making my own devices with mesh bags they didn’t work and would clog after about 4-6 days if not sooner. I’ve had this on for about a month now and haven’t had to pull the pump once and flow is almost 100% still.Highly recommend for anyone with a fountain that’s clogging. I have had ponds for 30 years and always purchased expensive UV pond filters which are located next to the pond. These large canister style filters are ugly and not east to clean.
