When I received it I most certainly enjoyed the magical magnetic properties but couldn't get rid of a couple stains. No problem, I wrote Concept Zero and IMMEDIATELY received a response and was sent another in perfect condition! I have never before received such immediate and satisfying customer service from anyone. My wife and our grandchildren think it's great fun to play with! I say play, but I have a number of scientific gadgets and this fits in perfectly with all the other wonders. I'll be showing it to all our visitors. Honest, though - friends who've been here over the past few months have all really liked this Ferro Fluid display.I bought one back in the summer, but it arrived with damaged packaging. I was later sent a replacement from the manufacturer - and that one was in excellent condition. Months later, and it continues to function as well as on day 1.I really like the design - very early-to-mid-70s mod, IMHO. The magnetic wand has a groovy look, too.
