The photograph shows the truth from the back of the product. The actual recommended dose is between 4 mg and 18 mg of the antioxidant but to get just over the recommended minimum you would need to take 5 of these capsules which only give 0.9 mg a capsule and you would get about 4.5 mg of actual astaxanthin from 5 of them.
