The seller should put that in the product description.** A: Respectfully, the answer that said 3/4” is incorrect. The inlet and outlet are both 1” NTP Female **Q: Can u hook a garden hose to it to pump water off a pool cover?** A: Intake needs to be hard line hose may collapse. I am using mine on a 20 foot well to 150ft hose for one sprinkler. Works great **Q: Will this pump work to connect a rain barrel to drip irregation system?** A: Hi my friend! Yes, it will work only if the water is filtered from coarse impurities! The water must be clean! It is inadmissible for this pump to run without water. Buy a cord and some fittings and you are all set! *by on Reviewed in the United States November 4, 2019* 11/2021 One year update: So since I had this pump sitting around, I used it this past summer for a homemade pool heater. It ran about 12 hours a day every day for a few months. Once I retired the heating rig I put in the shed where it sat for another couple months. This fall I went to winterize the camper and the shaft was seized. I took it apart, lubricated the pump shaft, worked it loose and put it back together. It doesn't have the pressure or flow it originally had, but worked fine with no leaks to winterize the camper. When I put it away for the winter I poured some motor oil in the pump so hopefully next year it will fire right up. I think it said to do that in the instructions anyway so I should have done that when I put it away before. Anyway, for the $ I can't complain and I think all the metal pumps similar to this would suffer the same way.Original Review 11/2020:Used to winterize my camper and it always seems like I need a small pump for stuff, and I did not want one that had brushes that would wear out after a couple uses.I removed the pigtail of a cord and used a few ring terminals and cut the end off this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07JNBTS8V/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1That along with a few fittings to use garden hose connections I have a pretty convenient little setup.Remember this pump has trouble priming itself so be sure to use it accordingly. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Is working well.
