It is not a plastic (thermoplastic), but a very hard epoxy. What are you planning to dunk it for? **Q: Rather than painting the surface what can be used to color the white miliput so the color goes all the way through** A: You can use the same pigments intended to color concrete. Most are highly concentrated (most 1lb. units will color 60-80lbs of dry concrete/cement), so start with very low concentrations.
