As I've gotten older I seem to be stressed and anxious about going places that should not stress a person, even the post office, grocery store, etc. My anxiety and stress cause digestive issues and that's not fun for anyone. My PCP has prescribed several different anti anxiety meds for me, but I am unable to tolerate even the minimal dose because they just put me to sleep. I wanted to try a more natural remedy and decided to give PRL Tranquinol a try. I have almost finished my first bottle and will be ordering more. I take one before bed and sleep well and I believe it has helped me throughout the day with my anxiety issues as I don't have anything else to attribute the change to. Just really thankful for this product.

I’ve suffered with insomnia for over a decade. Ambien worked decent, but came with a lot of side effects. The 3 capsules of this has done wonders, it’s not perfect, but I’ve actually slept all night several times which for me is phenomenally incredible improvement! This is definitely worth trying.
