Review: So many fun Memories made…a great baby toy to have around for years. - Baby GUND Animated plushies have been in our house since we’ve had our first. Before our first was born we got the elephant and I fell in love with how cute and soft and fun it was. So I got one for a friend’s baby that was on the way as well. Then we got the dog and our son loved it so much when it fell out of the car and broke we had to get a new one and still have it 6 years later. Then when my sister in law had her baby my son wanted to get her one so he got her this bunny! She also loves hers so much it makes her smile and laugh. They are soft and plush like to touch but have the batteries and operating system inside which makes it a little heavier than a stuffy but it also stays sitting up on its own so they can just sit or lay next to it while they play peek a boo and listen to the fun songs.
Review: Ears flap to rhythm keeps it lively - Great as a gift. Two play modes, interactive play, and the ears flap to rhythm make it super fun. Cute toy that my baby loves!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How sturdy is he? Will he take lots of big hugs and pulls from a 1 year old?**
A: i'm a 64 year old grandmother and my husband gave this to me for my birthday because of my love of elephants. we also loved it because we knew our grandchildren would absolutely love it! and they do. right now it has been appealing to our 2 1/2 yr. old and 1 1/2 yr. old. the younger one, who loves music, has learned how to push the button in the foot and start the music, then she walks around hugging it while it's singing and then starts over again....over and over. now because it is my toy... : ) ...there are rules. no one plays with it without my presence so i can keep an eye on it...i want it to last. the biggest rule, which the two girls know, is never play with the ears - don't pick it up that way or try to wiggle them....they seem to understand it and i haven't had a problem. this is a GREAT stuffie.....if you can make your child understand that if s/he fools around with the ears, the elephant can get hurt, get a boo boo....they understand. so, a long answer to your question....i think this little guy can take all the hugs one wants to give. if your one year old is a boy, i would watch him a little more often initially because they do like to figure out "how things work", if you get my meaning. i have seen other singing elephants, even with wiggly ears, but this is by far the cutest one i have seen. you will not be disappointed and more importantly, neither will your 1 year old. hope this helps.

**Q: what color is this? tan or gray? pictures seem to show both colors**
A: The elephant is light gray.

**Q: are the eyes plastic or stitched?**
A: Hi there, thank you for your question. The eyes are stitched. Hope this helps!

**Q: What type of batteries: aa or aaa? i see conflicting information from the manufacturer. (i bought as a gift, don't want to open it up)**
A: As I'm looking at the website, I see information for only AA batteries:
. Three AA batteries included with purchase (trial batteries included, best with Polaroid AA batteries)
. Three "AA" batteries included with purchase
