Although Rescue Remedy really helped it wasn’t quite enough during winter. I’ve added two drops of Mustard a day in addition to Rescue Remedy - and what a difference!!!!! Honestly this is the first winter I haven’t suffered from feeling overwhelmed and sad! I take it daily and I swear by this stuff!!! Also - I did try light therapy and it interfered with my ability to sleep. These drops don’t do that. I do take them in the morning so they have all day to work. But if you’re feeling blue, cry easily, get angry quickly - Mustard will help.
