Product description PANCAKE RECIPE 1 Cup Lunds Swedish Pancake Mix 1.5 cups water (or milk if desired) 1 egg Mix ingredients until smooth. Batter should be very thing. Pre-heat griddle to 400 degrees. Grease lightly and pour 1 tablespoon of batter from the tip of spoon for each pancake. Brown lightly on both sides and serve on warm plate. WAFFLE RECIPE 1 Cup Lunds Swedish pancake mix 1 cup milk 1 tablespoon melted butter Mix ingredients until smooth. Heat waffle maker to 400 degrees or more and brush off waffle iron lightly with butter between each baking process. Due to its fine texture, batter will be thinner than regular waffle batter. Result with be tender, rich tasting waffles. CREPES SUZETTE SAUCE RECIPE Melt 1/3 to 1/2 cube of butter in a sauce pan. While butter is still on low heat, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup maple syrup, 1/2 lemon juice and 1 ounce Cognac or Brandy. Stir just enough to blend ingredients, then remove from heat and immediately pour over LUND's Swedish Pancakes.

Pour in 1/4 cup of the batter and fry for 2 minutes. Very carefully to loosen all around the sides and center until you can confidently sure you can flip over. Then cook this side for just a minute. Enjoy with sliced strawberries and whip cream. Delicious!

I've been using Lund's Swedish pancake mix for over 20 years. I like thin pancakes and this mix is hands-down the best out there.
